Dr. Todd A. Fay was appointed Superintendent of the West Amwell Township School District in December 2002.  He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University, with both an undergraduate and graduate degrees in Special Education. Dr. Fay received a Doctorate in Education Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Fay resides in Jamison, PA with his wife and two sons in college and a daughter in high school.

Dr. Fay brings a wealth of experience, with over twenty years as a Central Office Administrator in districts much larger than our own. The West Amwell Township School District is experiencing a number of changes under the direction of Dr. Fay in hopes of making it a cutting edge, highly effective school while maintaining its small school atmosphere.  Beginning July 1, 2007, he began serving as Superintendent for both West Amwell and Lambertville Public School.

Mrs. Mitzi N. Morillo was appointed Principal of our district on July 1, 2007.  She remains Supervisor of Instruction and feels it is a privilege to continue to work with such a supportive school community.

Mrs. Morillo joined West Amwell Township Elementary in 2006 coming from the Flemington-Raritan Regional School District.  She brings over 18 years experience as a classroom teacher, content area teacher and special area teacher where she differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students. 

Mrs. Morillo resides in Flemington, NJ with her husband and two daughters.

She received a B. S. in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, a M. Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas and a M. Ed. in Educational Administration from the College of New Jersey.  She continues to work with the West Amwell community and move the district forward.
